Which Radio Diagnosis pages actually need colourgreyscale
This is the specialty where black and white saves the most money: plain films, CT and MR are acquired in greyscale, so a 50-paise page reproduces them exactly as the radiologist reads them. Reserve colour for the Doppler, PET fusion and 3D-reconstruction pages only.

How we would bind it
Above about 500 pages a single spiral stops lying flat and the coil starts to tear the first pages. We split Radio Diagnosis sets of this size into two volumes, or hard-bind them if they are going on a shelf rather than into a bag. Binding is ₹40 per bound volume either way, so splitting a set into two costs ₹40 more, not double.
