Eight NEET PG courses side by side, with every subject's 2026 teacher on six of them, and what toppers, app reviewers and YouTube commenters say about the platforms, teachers, Qbanks and notes they actually used.
When one aspirant, DrG, tallied 27 topper interviews in September 2026, the habits that came up most were revision cycles (26 of the 27), daily questions (26) and Grand Tests (23). The Jane_diaries channel (INI-CET AIR 112) frames the platform choice the same way: pick a source you can finish, revise and retain.
Course details come from each platform's own 2026 pages and app listings, read on 2 October 2026; every opinion says whose it is.
| Platform | 2026 course | Qbank and tests | Revision and printed notes |

Inclusions vary by plan.
Edition 8.5 reworked 40 hours of videos and added 100+ hours of new Anatomy and Microbiology lectures. Every Careers360 topper interview from 2022 to 2026 named Marrow as the main source and used its QBank and GTs, a pattern in who gets interviewed rather than a market ranking. App reviewers' complaints: small-screen viewing, missing subtitles, no highlighting in the in-app notes, slow support.
Version XI added system-wise Integrated Essentials and cadaver dissection videos. Reviewers praise clear, conceptual teaching, and its 2025 rank-holders credit Dr Preeti Sharma (Pathology, Microbiology), Dr Deepak Marwah (Medicine) and Dr Ankit Kumar (Pharmacology). Complaints in 2025–26 reviews: printed notes taking two to three weeks to arrive, slow guideline updates, connection errors.
Cerebellum was founded by five teachers, among them Dr Gobind Rai Garg (Pharmacology) and Dr Sparsh Gupta (Pathology), and Mission 4.0 treats 2026 as a foundation year for the 2027 exams. An August 2026 reviewer calls its GTs challenging and a good read of where you stand, and INI-CET toppers Dr Netresh Sharma and Dr Shashwat feature on its pages. Complaints: too many plan tiers, a slow app with network errors.
DBMCI and Marrow are sister companies, so DBMCI One students practise on Marrow's QBank. Face to Face classes run in six cities. YouTube commenters praise Dr Thameem Saif's Medicine lectures and Dr Jai Arora's surgery flowcharts; eGurukul reviewers like its question volume, while 2023–24 reviews mention app glitches.
The DAMS app (formerly eMedicoz) teaches in English and Hinglish, with handwritten notes beside the lectures. One July 2026 reviewer calls the lectures well organised; another, the same day, reported crashes. Students borrow Dr Deepti Bahl's OBG T&D, and NEET PG 2025 AIR 2 Dr Greeshma Gautham did a year of DAMS coaching in Kozhikode.
Its Anatomy teacher, Dr Rajesh Kaushal, wrote the Self-Assessment and Review of Anatomy that Careers360 (August 2026) calls the most recommended Anatomy book for NEET PG. Four NEET PG 2025 rank-holders (AIR 14, 15, 18 and 19) appear on its topper page, crediting live classes, workbook sessions and GT video discussions.
Offline centres in New Delhi, Patna, Kota, Noida, Dhanbad and Varanasi back the app. Two teachers bring large YouTube followings, Dr Rajesh Jambhulkar (Biochemistry) and Dr Ranjith AR (Pathology), each with 300,000+ learners by PW's count; a 2nd-year commenter lists Dr Jambhulkar for Biochemistry beside teachers from other platforms.
Her all-subject rapid revision ran on the Cerebellum app until 2025 and on her own app in 2026. It is the resource named most in the comment threads we read, and INI-CET AIR 1 Dr Sairam (Nov 2025) credits it. A 2024 review of the printed hard copy asked for a bigger font, more writing space and clearer images.

Two all-subject resources sit outside the table: BTR (Dr Zainab Vora) and DAMS's DVT revision book (Dr Sumer Sethi and Dr Deepti Bahl). In comment threads, the teacher–subject pairs mentioned most were Dr Gobind Rai Garg for Pharmacology, Dr Deepak Marwah for Medicine and Dr Preeti Sharma for Pathology; the counts are small, so read them as pointers.

“I did not keep changing my notes or study material.” He revised the same source through a GT plateau.
Chose Marrow because most aspirants used it for GTs, sat GTs on other platforms too, and did seven to eight revisions.
Learned Medicine from Dr Deepak Marwah and Pharmacology from Dr Ankit Kumar, and used QBank bookmarks to revisit weak areas.
Paired Cerebellum's Mission classes, BTR and late-night PYQ marathons with standard textbooks and about 150 timed questions a day.
Took DBMCI's T&D batch, credits Dr Ashwani (Anatomy) and Dr Niha Aggarwal (Ophthalmology), and kept to one source after an earlier attempt.
Used DocTutorials' Live Power Pack: live workbook sessions, quick revision programmes, a last-15-day sprint and GTs with video discussions.
Lectures and notes improved a lot in Version XI, with new rapid revision, integrated lectures and dissection videos; wants faster guideline updates.
For Medicine: Dr Thameem Saif's lectures with Marrow's notes.
Found Marrow's videos strong on concepts but classroom coaching more focused on NEET PG questions; if you join coaching, take your own notes.
Comments naming each resource, out of 3,277 under 40 NEET PG videos (October 2025 to October 2026): the resources students talk about most in comment threads, not market share. Several videos were about BTR and rapid revision, which lifts those two.
Several 2024 toppers sat Marrow's National Mock, and Dr Ravi Bansal (AIR 5, 2024) said the 2024 paper felt like a tough Marrow GT. Many add a second test series: Dr Pallakshi sat GTs on several platforms. Dr Sanjay (AIR 7, 2025) sharpened his approach by analysing PrepLadder GTs that cost him more negatives.
Comment threads keep returning to this. Final-year students ask whether short subjects need main videos or only rapid revision; 3rd-year students who passed on PYQs alone ask whether to restart full lectures.
Toppers' answers depend on when they started. Dr Monish mainly watched main videos in college, and Dr Sonali (AIR 6, 2024) had seen almost all of them by internship. Those preparing through internship leaned on revision courses: Dr Anjali Shekhawat (AIR 2, 2024) on Marrow's revision videos, Dr Sahed (AIR 13, 2025) on PrepLadder's Rapid Revision around 18-hour duties.
Several student creators pair BTR with a second source. Dr Sanika Mahar used Marrow's rapid-revision notes plus BTR in most subjects, and BTR alone only for Radiology and Psychiatry. Dr Ritik Sharma sorts subjects into BTR-only and RR-plus-BTR and suggests a 1 → 3 → 4 → 7 → 21 revision schedule; Dr Anu Chattha and EyeConic for NEET PG have videos comparing and combining the two.
Under CoreBTR's interview with the 2026 AIR 1, a comment with 81 likes jokes that Marrow, BTR and PrepLadder all claim the same topper. Topper pages and videos bear it out: Dr Monish appears in Marrow, PrepLadder and CoreBTR videos, and Dr Vaibhav Garg (AIR 1, 2024) on Marrow-based, DBMCI and PrepLadder pages.
The usual pattern is one main platform for learning, notes and the Qbank, plus extra GTs or a revision series from another. Dr Sanika Mahar took Surgery T&D from PrepLadder's Dr Pritesh Singh and OBG T&D from Dr Deepti Bahl on top of Marrow and BTR. Borrow for weak subjects; keep the base fixed.
Both. Careers360's topper interviews from 2022 to 2026 all name Marrow as the main source, while PrepLadder's topper pages feature 2024–26 rank-holders crediting its teachers and Rapid Revision. Dr Saikumar and Dr Monish appear on both. Pick the teaching you can follow, then stay with it.
Two INI-CET toppers who leaned on BTR built a base first: Dr Sairam (INI-CET AIR 1) learned preclinical and paraclinical subjects from textbooks, and Dr Kavya (INI-CET AIR 9) read books until final year. Several student creators pair BTR with rapid revision in some subjects; see the revision section.
Yes, and many toppers did. Keep one base for notes and the Qbank, then borrow a GT series or single subjects rather than a whole second course. Our topper strategies page shows how individual rank-holders combined them.
Careers360's 2022–26 toppers used Marrow's, often through custom modules. PrepLadder's 2025 rank-holders used its QBank, one with bookmarks on weak areas, and Dr Naisargi (AIR 19, 2025) scored about 70% in Cerebellum's MCQs. Toppers stress how they used it more than which: learn from it first, and do PYQs before chasing completion.
1st Gen Doc's October 2025 video compares PW MedEd, PrepLadder, Cerebellum and Marrow for second-year students, with tips before you buy. One comparison blog suggests PrepLadder early on because subjects can be bought singly; Dr Sonali (AIR 6, 2024) began Marrow in 2nd year. See the 2nd-year guide.
Either works. Marrow, PrepLadder, Cerebellum and DBMCI One ship printed notes or workbooks with some plans, and Dr Soumyaditya (INI-CET AIR 2) marked up Marrow's printed notes while watching. Reviewers' complaints about printed sets (2024–26): slow shipping, one heavy book for all subjects, small fonts, unclear images. Printing your own PDF lets you choose subject-wise volumes and colour; see notes printing.
Whichever platform you use, send the PDF on WhatsApp: Marrow, PrepLadder, Cerebellum, DBMCI, DocTutorials, PW, BTR or your own handwritten notes. We bind each subject as its own volume, print images in colour and deliver anywhere in India.
