Where do I find my AWB number?

It is on the tracking slip that comes with your order and in our WhatsApp dispatch message. Scanning the QR code on the slip opens this page with the number already filled in.

I have only my order number.

Message your order number on WhatsApp to 9007222833 and we will send the tracking link straight back.

When will my parcel arrive?

The expected delivery date appears in the live status above once the courier has scanned your parcel. For a date on an urgent order, WhatsApp us the AWB number.

Status shows "delivered" but I have not received it.
