Clinical-sign photographs, rashes and syndromic facies need colour, but growth charts, tables and the bulk of the text are greyscale. Most parents of a print job here run mixed.

How we would bind it
Above about 500 pages a single spiral stops lying flat and the coil starts to tear the first pages. We split Paediatrics sets of this size into two volumes, or hard-bind them if they are going on a shelf rather than into a bag. Binding is ₹40 per bound volume either way, so splitting a set into two costs ₹40 more, not double.
