Move to Mollison's and Daniels for depth in blood group biology and antibody identification, add Rossi's and Practical Transfusion Medicine for clinical practice, and start apheresis and component-QC postings with Vox Sanguinis/Transfusion journal club.
Revise the AABB Technical Manual and DGHS manual for practicals, drill antibody-identification panels and discrepancy cases against the clock, work through past MD/MS papers, master regulatory and haemovigilance content.
